It’s “THE” room of the house isn’t it! Here at Chests and Drawers, we offer a full refurbishment spraying service.

Whether you have just moved in, are bored of your current colour scheme or want to add value to sell, we can spray paint your kitchen units a colour of your choice.

We come in and take all removable items, such as doors, drawer fronts, kick-plates and covings. We mask all static fittings to paint the unit trims, while protecting your kitchen of over-spray at all times.

The removable items are sprayed in our spray booth and when finished, returned and fitted back to your kitchen. All doors and drawer fronts are aligned as they were and new handles fitted if supplied.

The paint we use is 2 pack paint, this is the most durable and easily wipeable and can also be mixed in eggshell (30% sheen) to any colour you wish.

This old shaker wasn’t happy and with new flooring going down, it was down to Chests and Drawers to refurbish the units, change the tops and tile.

Stripped, prepared, old tops off and sprayed prime, followed by Little Greene co “Scree”. Refitted with new satin nickel hardware and Quartz tops, Upstands and sink.

Stripped, prepared, primed and sprayed my clients choice of Little Greene Co “Normandy grey”.

Re-fitted with its new satin nickel T bar handles.

Stripped, sanded, degreased, primed and sprayed Farrow & Ball “Skimming stone”.

This one was a bit of a pickle! The owner had hand painted it a few times over 30years, so lots of prep!

The wrapping and protection took a while due to the way the room is situated.

However, it’s done and boasting its new livery of Little Greene co “Gauze mid” with new nickel hinges and handles.

My clients had moved into their dream 6 months ago and had me over to measure for a bespoke dresser to be made for their kitchen. Our conversation turned to the units and how they disliked the hand painted chalk finish and deal was done.

Stripped, masked and the long process of prepping and sanding the existing chalk. Primed and top coated the units F&B “Green smoke” with the island in F&B “Chine green” (a stunning archive colour”

Finally new antique brass hinges and handles were fitted.
